Vaccine Update

vaccine

I am very excited to announce that my team and I are now 100% vaccinated! If you are still looking for an appointment, walk-ins are available across the state. And most importantly, if a friend or loved one is on the fence about the vaccine, take the time to guide them towards evidence-based information. We are in this together, Michigan!

Vaccine information for Detroit residents:

  • The City of Detroit continues to offer walk-ins and scheduled vaccine appointments. There is no cost for the vaccine and Pfizer vaccines are now being offered to those 12-17 years old. Transportation and wheelchair-accessible accommodations are available if needed.
  • Find locations by texting your address to (313) 217-3732 or call (313) 230-0505 to schedule an appointment Monday-Friday. For a full list of appointment and vaccination sites you can visit the Detroit Health Department’s website.

Vaccine information for Redford residents
:

  • Wayne County is offering COVID-19 vaccination appointments to Redford residents and surrounding communities by calling (866) 610-3885 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Clinics are located at Schoolcraft College VisTaTech Center (18600 Haggerty Road in Livonia), in addition to the Wayne County Community College Downriver Campus (21000 Northline Road in Taylor).
