Speeding Up Vaccine Distribution

In the final days of 2020, we entered a new phase in our battle against COVID-19 as the first doses of a safe and effective vaccine were produced and shipped across the nation from right here in Michigan. A rapid and robust vaccination campaign is our best chance to return back to a more familiar tomorrow. As our vaccine distribution infrastructure begins to ramp up, Michigan House Democrats are working with Gov. Whitmer to speed up the process by:

• Dedicating Support for Local Health Departments for additional staff, equipment and supplies to bring Michigan closer to our goal of at least 50,000 vaccination shots per day.
