LANSING — State Rep. Robert Wittenberg (D-Huntington Woods) was sworn in officially today as representative for the 27th House District for the 2019-2020 legislative session. The swearing-in ceremony marked the formal opening of Michigan’s 100th Legislature. In response, Rep. Wittenberg issued the following statement:

“I am humbled to represent my communities in Oakland County for a third term, and I am excited to continue our work to ensure Michigan is an inclusive and vibrant state for all. As the federal government continues to neglect its work to protect the most vulnerable among us, it is more important than ever that we have a state government that prioritizes the rights of every Michigander.”
