House and Senate Introduce Bipartisan Legislation to End Juvenile Life Without Parole in Michigan

LANSING, Mich. Mar. 3, 2023 – Earlier this week, Senate and House members introduced bipartisan legislation that abolishes juvenile life without parole (JLWOP) in Michigan to align our state with 26 other states that have taken steps to comply with the U.S. Supreme Court ruling, Miller v.
